Sports, Tricks, and Enrichment Group Classes
All of our classes:
- Are designed for the success of both the owner and dog alike.
- Range in size from 4-8 handler/dog teams.
- Focus on instruction of foundation skills to ensure a lifetime of success and learning
- Aim to foster a lasting relationship fostering trust, learning, and communication between dogs and their owners.
- Provide a wonderful opportunity to socialize your dog!
Intro classes meet weekly for two-six consecutive weeks.
Intro to Barn Hunt

Intro to Rally Obedience

- TBD Taught by Nicole Wilson Our Intro to Rally Obedience classes are designed for dogs 6 months and older, who have completed our Obedience and Manners training program. this class focuses on teaching you the skills necessary to train, as well as compete in the sport of Rally Obedience. In addition to learning how to teach your dog the exercises corresponding to each individual Rally sign, you will also learn to read and recognize the various Rally signs, how to successfully guide your dog through a course of Rally signs, and handling strategies should you wish to compete. Dogs must have basic obedience skills, or have passed an initial evaluation to begin Rally Obedience lessons. Behaviors Taught include: - Formal/Competition heeling - AKC Rally Obedience signs and how to perform them - How to read a Rally Obedience course - AKC Rally Obedience rules $180 for Six consecutive Weeks This class must be completed, and instructor approval must be given, prior to participating in any Rally Drop-In Class Practices. *After the Intro class, attendance can be at your convenience at the level you and your dog are training in.* |

Intro to Scent Detection

- TBD Taught by Nicole Wilson Designed for dogs 6 months and older, with little or no experience working on odor detection. Intro to Scent Detection is designed to focus on building recognition for target odor, how to work a search pattern, and teaching the dog and handler the importance of an indication. This class must be completed, and instructor approval must be given, prior to participating in any Scent Detection Drop-In Classes. *After the Intro class, attendance can be at your convenience at the level you and your dog are training in.* |

For puppies and dogs of all ages, who are looking to compete or have completed in the sport of Conformation
